Take and Eat is a Diocesian wide program to promote community within parishes around Western Mass.  Many communities will work with other organizations to deliver meals very weeked.  Our Lady of Grace makes every effort to deliver meals on the third Sunday of the Month.  Meals consist of the main meal, dessert, snacks and a program that describes the meal and provide additional information.
